Cancellation policy
All trips are subject to sea conditions and minimum numbers. If we need to cancel (eg because of poor sea conditions insufficient numbers or problems outside our control) you will be given a full refund and every effort will be made to organise another trip for you on another day or on another boat.
Cancellation fees apply to your booking. If the booking is for more than one person the cancellation fee will be applied to the number of people that cancel.
a) There is no refund for cancellations with less than 48 hours notice before booked departure time. (this includes customers failing to board)
b) If less than 7 days notice is given and the booking is for 3 or more people or is an exclusive booking a 30% cancellation fee will be applied
c) Passengers must arrive at the point of departure 15 minutes prior to the scheduled departure time.
